Hi my name is Brian and I play Guild Wars 2.

I prefer to go by my real name as I have many handles in various games. I have been gaming as long as I can remember. I got into online play with Red Faction. My main focus has been fops games in the past but I play all kinds of games. I started with MMOs with vinalla WoW and played on and off to Cata. Games I’m juggling with GW2 are Borderlands 2, Day Z, Battlefield 3, CS:GO, and Civ 5 on occasion.

I am 24 and I am looking for a fun guild to play with, chat and build friendships. I prefer PvE over PvP but I do love structured WvW with good stratagy and leadership. I have a 80 engineer and guardian. I’m now starting to work on an elementalist and thief. I am kind of an alt-aholic.

We invite you to visit our guild and talk with us either in game or on vent. . What would it hurt? The majority of our guild is 21 and older, but we also have down to 18 of age. We are all working class and/or university students and/or have families to take care of. We are mainly American and Canadian time zones, but have a few Euros from England, Finland and other areas that came with us from Guild Wars(so International guild). We log on to have fun and relax, so I am guessing you would consider us a casual guild. We have people may do one or a mixture of all > Pve, Pvp, dungeons, and Wvw. We don’t want to make the game a job, because that not what games are for. We are slowly rebuilding the guild at this time. We are looking for people, willing to help us grow. We are friendly and will do what we can or when we can for others in the guild. We enjoy new people, thoughts and ideas. Each new person brings a special gift or unique quality to add to the guild. Hello Brian,

I have read your post and wanted to reply and offer you a spot in our small cozy laid back guild.
We have members from Europe, the US, and other parts of the world.

We have 79 members atm, and we are steadily growing, but we
still maintain to keep the family feeling.

We have a mature member base, I would not mind taking a few
younger members, as long as it wont be the majority of our roster.

Although we are small, we have a very active group of people
now, we play every day and mostly play together in party.

We have weekly organized WvW/PvP, Dungeon runs, and even Music Night, and our members do all those activities together with other guild members every day as well.

Xen of Onslaught [XoO] is seeking quality members for our GW2 division via direct individual recruitment and small guild acquisitions. Ideal candidates enjoy PvP and will exhibit activity levels of 15 to 40+ hours per week. XoO is a multi-game, PvP focused guild that was founded in 2002 and has had continuous activity across multiple games since that time. Among other gaming accomplishments we had a significant presence in the original Guild Wars, being named guild of the week in October of 2005(http://www.guildwars.com/community/guildweek/gotw-2005-10-28-xenofonslaught.php) and participating at the world championships playoffs in 2006, being one of only eight US guilds to participate. As a guild we have demonstrated long term viability and experience in managing relatively high roster populations.
Primary Time Zones: The member base is primarily North American, with significant numbers in Europe and a small Oceanic region base that we would also like to expand. Our GW2 division is currently in the NA region.
What you can expect from XoO in Guild Wars 2:
We are a PvP focused community that will engage in frequent WvW on a competitive server and have tPvP teams anywhere on the skill spectrum from pick-up hot-join to high end competitive tourneys. There are PvX players in the guild and a good portion of the XoO membership intends to play through the PvE story and end-game content as well. We are an adult gaming guild with a matching atmosphere and will maintain this community philosophy in the GW2 community. XoO also has its own TS3 server with a relatively high population cap enabling it to support the community across multiple games simultaneously.
You will find that the XoO membership will help you push your game toward improvement whether you are a semi-casual player just trying to get decent gear and a decent skill level or you are a hardcore gamer seeking a competitive group to run with.
Requirements to join:
• 18 years or older
• Teamspeak 3 with working mic
• Desire to play and improve at PvP game modes
• At least a basic understanding of PvP concepts
• Ability to carry out tasks efficiently and effectively in a competitive setting
• Ability to follow orders when needed, provide feedback when needed and the common sense to know which situation you are in at a given moment

Not sure if you are in US or EU.

We are EU based guild. If you don’t mind changing server then you may be interested in joining Darkveil on Gandara.

Darkveil is a Guild Wars 2 guild for English speaking, non hardcore, mature players. We like to get regular events and raids organised, but we also respect that our members have real lives outside the game and that the game is for fun and relaxation. We pride ourselves on a relaxed and fun attitude to the games that we play.
We originated way back in the early days of DAOC where we ran a fun and friendly guild doing both PvE and RvR. Since DAOC a lot of our members went their separate ways to different games but we reunited for Guild Wars 2 as we believe that this offers the closest gaming experience to old DAOC RvR.
We run regular groups both for PvP and PvE and organise events for all members to join, at all levels. Having played various MMOs over the years, we appreciate the need for organisation for events but without putting pressure on the guild members.
We have a guild forum and mumble server which we use for dungeons or pve groups.
If you like to play MMOs, have a mature attitude and are either a casual player or semi hard core, then you may be interested in joining us for some fun. Black Legion Mercenary Company [BLMC] is a semi-hardcore PvX guild with <100 members. Our definition of semi-hardcore is we understand members have lives outside of Guild Wars 2, but when we game, we game hard! We have a relaxed atmosphere with lots of laughter and poking fun at each other.

We are on the Jade Quarry server and our peak hours are between 6:00 – 11:00 PM EST. We have every upgrade for our guild, constant guild buffs, as well as a Commander for WvW. We also have a 100 slot Teamspeak 3 server and an enjin website with a forum and event calendar.

We have a number of organized events such as dungeon runs, WvW, PvP, and FotM. We also have bimonthly guild meetings to welcome new members and discuss guild happenings.

We are looking for people who love Guild Wars 2, active during our peak hours, and are willing to log in Teamspeak regularly. You don’t need to be level 80 to join our guild. We are a beginner friendly guild that enjoys helping others with PvE, WvW, and PvP.
