I am only a low level player myself currently, but I like to pride myself in the fact that I am a pretty decent player. Though I notice a lack of serious players in game. I can never seem to find a good guild with plenty of active players and NEVER any that are wanting or willing to take on dungeons, plan at strategies or anything in that area of play. I am looking for a guild that has structure, ranks, ways to achieve those ranks, some form of TS, ventrillo, raidcall or any other form of communications. Another thing to note is the fact that I am searching for a dungeon/ PvE based environment. WvWvW is fine, but I am not a huuge fan…might be later on, but not of yet. A guild that is into the lore and has played GW1 is also preferred. A few other tidbits would be adults, mature members, people that do understand having a life outside of gaming. Hopefully this will narrow it down enough, hope to hear from some of you soon!

DEA on Yak’s Bend is a very active, casual guild that was made for players who enjoy grouping up and playing the game with other people a majority of the time.

We have over 190 members and a lot of them are friends and family. Guild events are at least once a week in which we get in groups and do entire zones, but none are mandatory.

We are mainly PVE, but there are some who pvp and we have members of all levels.

Hmm Thedes, you ask quite a lot for being low leveled and not posting too much about yourself. You’ve definitely caught my interest and I’d like to talk to you.

I’m a serious player that’s running a fairly new guild on our 3rd week. We’re fairly small and still growing with about 55-65 members. We’re PvX, so we have a hand in everything, but we definitely do a lot of WvW as that’s where we think the endgame is.

We’re all college students or adults and we don’t have rules that make this game a job. However, you will be required to represent us and be active. We’re also a newer guild, so you’d help us build a new and true GW2 guild, and strive to build the best at that. We also have real opportunities to move up the ranks, if you’re willing to step up and earn it. Many of us has also played GW1, including me (with HoM achievements to prove it).

I have read your post and wanted to reply and offer you a spot in our

small cosy guild.

We have only 22 members atm, of course we are willing to grow a bit more

in the future, but still keep the family feeling.

All our members are 18+ right now, I would not mind taking younger

Dear Thedes.

I would just like to make you aware of my guild: Brothers of Aesir [BoA].

We are a smallish guild of about 25/26 members, 10/12 of which will use VOIP (although normally it’s 7/8 at any one time).

We are active in all forms of the game, but are primarily working atm as a PvE and WvW guild. We run with one or two small teams in WvW (depending on how many of us there are) and generally take supply camps, hassle enemy supply lines and just be a bit of a nuisance.

In PvE we run a dungeon a night pretty much, we do CoF regularly because a guildy wants the armour set and we just did HOTW story last night so we could start running that in expl mode too. We will get around to all the dungeons at some point soon.

In general PvE we’re always around to help, whether you want help with a story mission or clearing a zone, I’m sure one or two of our guys will be around to help.

We’re an 18+ guild that pretty much requires the use of TS3 to be able to communicate with us, a number of us play till the early hours of the morning (depends on the day though, a number of the guildies have children and full time jobs, so obviously can’t play super hardcore. They’re almost all on nightly though).

We’re very much quality over quantity, so while we don’t have tons of members, the ones we do have are all quality guys. We’re part of a small WvW alliance and are looking to set up a full alliance TS3 with different channels for different guilds, meaning we can organise our server a bit more efficiently.

We play on Desolation, and hope to hear from you in the near future!

Invictus on the Maguuma server is now recruiting active players. We are a guild composed of like minded adults that come from many other mmo backgrounds. We have weekly events planned like spvp and explore mode runs. We have our own vent server that is used on a regular basis. Most members are lvl 40+ with a hand full of 80’s. We are all adults that know that real life comes first. We also know that when your in a game you want to feel at home in a guild and enjoy knowing you represent that guild. Our members are all seasoned players that raided in other mmos so dungeon runs are enjoyable. We have strong pvpers also and once a week we like to get together and go do some spvp sometimes just take a whole server and fight each other for fun. Once a month we have a planned guild event that a prize is awarded. The use of our website is where you can keep track of events. Lastly we just like to be a place where people can get on make friends and enjoy a game together. Hope to see you soon.

I think we’re exactly what you’re looking for. We’re also in a building stage which means we will become even more active than what we are now.
