Hello. I wanted to let you know that Nomadic Council is recruiting for WVW and SPVP (tournament) games. Our primary focus is in WVW (as SPVP is typically set for core groups). Read on.
We run Raidcall (Like Vent but free, unlimited size, better quality). It’s amazing.
We will have a set schedule for WVW nights (more than likely, 3-4 nights a week. Primarily PACIFIC TIME but all are welcome.
I DO NOT mass recruit and I DO NOT run a zerg.
Now to the good stuff. I will be running this guild with a council style leadership. I currently have members for the council but I will be recruiting and promoting from within to fill remaining positions. It’s a very simple and very effective style of leading. As a guild leader, I understand that without my team, I am not a leader. Working as a team is what gets the job done effectively. I will be focusing on building a SMALL group of highly skilled players that will be effective on the field. Because of this, we will grow through word of mouth. The ultimate goal is 50-100 active players, ready to dive into WVW on our raid nights and completely dominate against the zerg mindset.
I expect players to know the classes they play, to level to max, to gear up and to memorize our strategies. This may sound elitist but I can assure you it isn’t. We want to win with players who want to win. Not players who want others to win for them.
