Guild Wars 2

A Russian and fluently Englishspeaking necro from Moscow(GMT +4) is looking for a fairly active PVP guild. For now I’m slowly progressing towards lvl 80 since I don’t really have people to play with ankittenrying to get the map completion achievement for my necro. I’m looking for a fairly active PVP guild without too much formalities about it(as in no obligations to register on the guild website/forum or to participate in some guild activities every time) so I can meet some people who can kinda help me with some basics at first to get familiar with the PVP system here and form a team or duo or trio or whatever to play together on a constant basis in the long run. I guess it actually comes down to the people rather than the guild but for now I don’t really have any people I know who actively play.

As for the PVP modes. Currently I am not familiar with them at all, but if I judge from my experience in other MMO and PVP games, I imagine that SPVP would be more attractive for me while WWW seems to be quite enjoyable too. If I imagine it correctly, SPVP should be more about tactics and interaction between the players in the teams while WWW is probably more of an AOE and focus target fest.

I am the guild leader for a small 21 person guild with 15 regularly active players whose focus is on WvW. We play PVE for dungeons runs, temple clearing and world events to help our players earn some extra gold. We run on Ventrillo for guild only events and Teamspeak for our WvW so that we can coordinate with other guilds on the servers. We are an integrated part of our servers WvW community with alliances and communication with over 15 other guilds.

Our membership is made of my brother and I, four friends that have been gaming for over 20 years, a sister and brother and four couples plus a few folks who have joined us. We work as a team and support each other. We are on Devonas Rest and play mostly evenings NA prime time which may be a conflict for you.
