Guild Wars 2

Hi everyone,
I played warcraft since lunch but got boring so I quit about 2 years ago, and looking for new MMO to play in. I waited to see if guild wars 2 will fail at lunch but it seems the game has stabilized.
Buy new I mean I just bought the digital copy and downloading now.
I like long term friendships over loot and ect plus I have a job and a wife.
I am 26 soon to be 27 so no looking for more grown up guild even 20 year olds can act like children and quit because they do not get their way.
Also a well populated server, I know at start it won’t be since the game has been out and I am just starting and a guild with a few people on like 30ish so guild chat won’t be crickets.
Sorry for the so many specifics but I rather join a guild first time and stay in for years then be hoping guilds nonstop games are more fun based on the friendships.

Goals in the game:

• To help ease in newbies in the game as Guild Wars 2 can be overwhelming and to get them up to par with the rest of the members.
• We will provide dungeon runs with any necessary dungeons for our members without the use of exploits.
• To finish as much PvE content Guild Wars 2 has to offer.
• The number of active members are currently low, but help us grow and the rest will follow! (I did not mean for that to rhyme)

Requirements:

• Respect guild-mates and non-guild members. Not doing so will result in removal from the guild.
• Exploiters/cheaters are not tolerated in our community. A ban is immediately put into place if you’re ever caught.
• You are required to represent Fever Clan [FC] while participating in guild events or general activities with the guild members.
• You must be at least 16 years of age to join.

We’re short on everything, really. I’d rather have you play which ever class you want to play, but if I was to help you choose, it’d be Guardian.

I re-read your post and you’re looking for an already active guild? Unfortunately mine isn’t as active yet but new recruits are slowly coming in now. All I’m asking from the new recruits is patience and cooperation in helping the guild grow. It’s up to you if you still want to join. It doesn’t hurt to get an invite anyway since there’s a multi-guild feature.

i’m with you on the making-friends-via-guild type of thing. i have a small guild (about 25 members right now). i would say at least 6 of us are on DAILY and we all know each other pretty well. we’ve been playing together, everyday, for months now. we play pretty much 6pm-midnight EST. we are very good, knowledgeable, and experienced— no ones a dick. (though, we do pick up new players every now and then). the average guild age is probably around 25. we’re on Sea of Sorrows…. we primarily do pve, but we do some pvp and wvw as well. and we have a voice server

let me know what you think, or at least tell me if you’re not interested. i really liked that you were looking for friendship, because that’s the type of player we’re looking for (hopefully that doesn’t sound too creepy)

We have an active, friendly and knowledgeable membership that loves to battle in W3 and run all of the PvE dungeons! When we’re not out in W3 or dungeon crawling, we’re typically running various PvE events and/or helping our members get their alts to 80.

Hey Lester!

We’ve got a Small/Medium sized guild on Darkhaven called Order of Shadows that is an 18+ guild mostly comprised of family and friends, making it a very tight knit community that thrives on helping each other out and enjoying the game together. We’d be more than happy to welcome you to our group as well!

While we mostly focus on PvE, we do run events every week, everything from wvw, dungeons, fractals and once guild missions are in we’ll be scheduling those as well. We have a vent server that we use when we do events together, and even sometimes when we’re just playing.

As far as our server goes it’s fairly well populated in PvE and we’ve won the last three WvW matchups we’ve had as well. We’re also ranked within the top 15 WvW servers the last time I checked.
