Guild Wars 2

Hi everyone, GW2 is my first MMO and I’m really enjoying wandering around and discovering everything slowly and collecting lots of stuff and hitting lots of interest points and tasks. I’m currently a level 8 Asura Ranger.

I do have a limited time to play so am usually on a few evenings or in the weekend for a short while. (NZ time) I am looking to join a guild to help me out with discovering everything the game has to offer, probably more of a PvE player at the moment but I would like to give WvW a go once I get better.

Mid-30’s girl fan of all things geek, scifi, Magic the Gathering, Warhammer 40K, console gaming, anime. But also very active love my dogs and Iaido. Looking for a guild of nice and helpful players to hopefully challenge the more difficult tasks/enemies/dungeons the game has to offer. Decided to look for a guild before the started charging to shift servers I am currently on Northern Shiverpeaks.

[Yum] (PvX/Social) (Desolation) Is looking for members to participate in Guild Events, WvW, sPvP and Dungeon teams, we have a mumble server and forums available.

We currently have 60+ members but all are are active and take part in the events we run each day, ranging from WvW Structured combat, to farming dungeons, even to cheesy sPvP battles as a guild, all designed to have fun and enjoy the game.

Understandably it may be an issue for you to swap servers to EU being in a NZ timezone. I imagine the latency may be a problem, however if you can get over the latency problems, you’d be welcome to join us, take a look at our website and the manifesto there, it’ll give you an idea of what we aim to do as a guild and maybe spark your interest enough.

Also with it being your first MMO, GW2 is a very dynamic game, but also fairly challenging, many of our members are experienced players and would be able to help you out, including myself, feel free to query me ingame by /w Thorgak.9408 and I’ll answer any questions you ask.

We are an active casual friendly guild with a big emphasis on community. Most of our playerbase is currently at the low to mid level range. We have guild crafters, fun guild events and we do WvW every saturday. We have Teamspeak 3 and a great website!
