The Grey Stalkers
Recognizing that not all battles are won by armies, and that not all those who serve do so in uniform, The Grey Stalkers of Pax Aeternum will be charged specifically with the task of harassing our enemies wherever they go in the Borderlands. Operating in small teams of 4-10, the Grey Stalkers will focus on taking enemy supply camps, eliminating sentries, neutralizing supply caravans and generally wreaking havoc upon our enemies with precision tactics. Are you an individual with little taste for military formality, but a large appetite for destruction?
Are you accustomed to working with small teams that operate like brothers and sisters?

Pax Aeternum is currently recruiting experienced and novice Role Players to take part in a very dedicated World vs. World initiative as outlined above. Our vision is to create small Borderlands strike teams who will become expert at working together and executing precision operations against our enemies in the Borderlands while maintaining an IC / RP element to their efforts. (Mumble / Voice comm optional but encouraged!)
These teams will operate in cooperation with the strategic direction of Tarnished Coast field Commanders — targeting objectives as requested, escorting crucial supply caravans, freelancing when no overall strategy is in place, and lending their support to large-scale siege operations as appropriate. We want TC Commanders to know they always have experienced units at their disposal who are ready, willing and able to respond instantly to their orders and achieve the objectives their strategic plans require.
Those with no interest in WvW combat but who have an IC interest in supporting such efforts either through crafting special weapons and other items (are you James Bonds’ Q?), mercantile / financial support (are you the Master Day Trader of the Trading post?), etc. will also be welcomed to The Grey Guard with open arms.
Let’s be clear: Our main objective remains RP. But we don’t see any reason why that can’t co-exist with a targeted and productive WvW effort. We also hope to have dedicated PvE / Dungeon teams and sPvP teams as interest develops, but our initial focus will be WvW.
