The Roleplaying part
ICly we are an underground, below the radar, secret group of people whose main focus lies in the gathering of intelligence. We like to get to the bottom of certain situations, see how deep the rabbit holes go. We will do whatever it takes to discover the truth even if it means we have to resort to less civilized methods, so to speak. Yet we are not evil or criminal, we simply do what must be done to get what we came for.

The guild
We are a casual medium/heavy RP/PvE hybrid guild. We understand that our members have a thing called Real Life and that some might enjoy the content the game provides them as much as RPing. Together we hope to achieve a good balance in the guild so that everyone can do what they like to do in the game when they have time to play it. There will be room for experienced RPers as well as new RPers and social/PvE oriented members within the guild.

Recruitment and RP focus:
Roleplaying
We are looking for members who like a more secretive style of group as a guild for roleplaying. Our main focus will be intrigue RP stories and plot involving our own members and co-op guilds, but member outside of the guild are more them welcome to ‘contact’ one of our members for a ‘job’ if it fits within the guilds focus.
Contracts for ‘jobs’ will mostly include things like ‘No questions asked’ and/or ‘Vows of silence’, ‘You didn’t hear it from me’ and the likes. One of the things that I was thinking about was trying to create some sort of ‘underground’ network of people and informants or something.
The main focus of the guild RP will be stories and plot created by our members or initiated by one of our ‘contacts’, ‘informants’ or another RP guild(in cooperation). It will be a mix of free form spontaneous RP and small events with members of the guild and anyone else who might be involved. We might also establish RP relationships with other guilds or other characters for some open RP.
Any and all RP done by members of this guild is open for everyone to join into.

The guild is open for any race and profession. We only ask you to state a good reason why your character would fit in a group like this. Applications and invites to the guild will be OC followed by a RP session where you will join the group ICly. This can all be discussed up front or just done naturally through RP. Mentoring RP for new RPers is also a possibility.
All new member will get a contact within the guild. This is the character that is going to recruit you to the guild or has already started the recruitment ICly.

ICly Secret guild
I will be trying to create an ICly secret organization and I hope that you will all help me with that. Therefore I want to make one thing clear: Wanderers is the OC guild since we are an PvE hybrid, so it doesn’t mean that every member of the guild is also ICly a member of the secret organization within the guild. This way I hope to avoid people using OC guildtag and such to magically know someone is part of a secret organization. Many things about the IC secret organization might be discovered through RP and I also hope that people who do will keep IC and OC separate at the best of their abilities to create the atmosphere and feeling around this organization that it should be as much as possible.

Allies and Adversaries
Through OC communication and RP I hope to establish cross guild interaction as players or even whole guilds might become our allies or adversaries of our members or the entire secret organization.
