The purpose of the Rofl Knights [RK] is to provide every player the opportunity to explore every aspect of the game with the support and guidance of a thriving community.
About Us
We are a group of gamers who play together across every platform. We have a broad range of experience in different genres and tons of games between all of us. We kind of get our hands in to everything. Myself, and the guild leader have experience in several MMO’s such as WoW, Runescape, Guild Wars, LoTRo and now we are focusing on GW2. Being a modest group of about a dozen people, we have been playing together for years but we have never really tried to branch out. We feel GW2 is a good place to set our roots and really start to develop a community. So who knows – after joining the guild, maybe we will get to know you and you will become a full-fledged Rofl Knight and we can continue to game together for years to come.
Guild Officer Recruitment
Currently, we are looking to create a powerful core structure of experienced, and helpful guild officers (Templars) who can manage their own preferred branch of an expansive game. Meaning, we need a select few who think they they have what it takes to manage the following, and make this one of the most renowned guilds ever.
-WvWvW- Call to Arms. We need a fearless leader and deadly strategist with a sharp wit and a voice to rally the troops. If you thrive on the battlefield, live for conquest, and love to watch entire servers crushed under the might of your army – This will feel like home. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to form mobs of fumbling Fort Aspenwood road warriors in to a hive-mind of deadly soldiers. -sPvP- Maybe WvW is not for you. Maybe you prefer to get up close and personal with every unlucky kitten to cross your path. Perfect. We need the kind of visceral warriors who can hold their own and dominate within The Mists, turning a bloody arena into their own personal playground. Whether you are already commander of an elite squad of player slayers, and just want a guild to call home, or you’re a promising cow looking to get his feet wet and form a team from scratch: Apply now.
-PvE- Okay, so you’re the peaceful type, and waging war on fellow players isn’t your cup of tea. That’s fine, I mean hey, there’s a gorgeous hand-crafted expanse of waypoints, vistas, and points of interest out there waiting to be discovered, and a knowledgeable guide is always appreciated. Plus, there are plenty of NPC variety baddies that need killing. The shores of Orr are under constant threat of the undead and desperately need someone to step up. Dozens of powerful bosses are begging to be slain by a team of eager dungeon crawlers. And, there is always farming…oh-so-much farming. Guild Member Recruitment
RK is currently welcoming all members (Initiates) from every spot on the spectrum of experience. If you are a newcomer, or you have already ground out your first legendary weapon – you can find a place for yourself here. All we ask is that you are loyal and respectful of other guildies. There is no age restriction, but we are geared more toward more mature players. So, if dirty words offend you it’s probably best you stay clear. That being said, racism, sexism, and similar things are not acceptable in any form of public chat. Keep it light, get involved with events, help your fellow Rofl Knights, and recruit your friends.
