Oceanix was founded on Sea of Sorrows as the unofficial Australian Reddit Guild (GMT+10 and GMT+8), with the recent collapse of SOS we began searching for a new home and have since settled in nicely in Sanctum of Rall and are proud to be apart of this server.

We are community driven and focus on a relaxed fun filled enviroment, we cater to players at all levels/interests in the game.

whether its WVW, PVE, TPVP we have events weekly for all aspects of the game and our team of officers and moderators all chip in to make sure theres never a dull moment when your are apart of OCX.

We are curretly looking to boster our ranks to have a larger impact on PVP aspects of the game.

Introducing the OCX Vanguard
Mission Statement: We will learn to fight as one and stand our ground when outnumbered.
We will use the Vanguard builds and learn our roles.
We already know how to play, it’s now time to become The Vanguard.

The new Vanguard rank, brought back from the dead, is a revitalized and remodeled version of the old one, with a focus on more Hardcore WvW and group tactics, as well as employing builds that synergize off each other to create a wrecking ball of destruction.

The OCX Vanguard Rank is built around the concept of equipping each and every member of the Vanguard with the best of the best WvW builds available for their class, as well as emphasizing team synergy and tactics.
The builds employed in the Vanguard allow the weaknesses one class may have to be covered by another classes strengths, and thus build synergy occurs.

The Vanguard would be a force to be reckon with when they are together, able to take on the super zergs that other servers employ, and crush them not by trying to match their numbers, but by employing the tactics taught to each vanguard member by the commanders of OCX.

Vanguard members are expected to attend Vanguard raids when they are online and a raid is active, as well as participate in their class workshops when they are held and they are online.
