We are SOLA

SOLA is a group of Christian gamers who seek to develop a community of Acceptance and Encouragement!

SOLA was formed back in June 2012 by Dosmas and a few others who were looking forward to the launch of Guild Wars 2 and have been very successful in that time. We have an overall membership of over 200 people that have played Guild Wars 2 with us at one time or another.

Our Goal is to be known as friendly and helpful members of all games we play including Guild Wars 2.

While SOLA was founded by Christians it is NOT Required for Membership. All we expect of our membership is to be respectful, and to act in an honorable manner.

We have people from every spectrum of gamers, young and old, hardcore and casual, PvEers, and PvPers. We will strive to be active in all areas of Guild Wars 2 including WvW, dungeons and sPvP.

The only requirement for membership is to read our code of conduct and to fill out an application with a bit of information about you. If you have any questions, comments or ever want to meet us or join us, come on over to our forums.

We have forums, and a voice chat system that we that we continue to be active on.

Had a great time with SOLA in the guild bounty the other day.

Hi guys. A friend of mine have been trying to start a Christian guild on Eredon Terrace but we haven’t had much luck. I did a Google search for “Christian guilds in Guild Wars 2” and this popped up. We are both in our late 20’s and married, but we love the game and have been looking for like-minded people to play with, so naturally a Christian guild is what we’ve been looking for.

At this point we are considering transferring our characters to another server if we are able to find a guild with a solid base of believers and a mature community. About how many active users per day do you think you have? Not exactly critical, but I’m just curious if we happened to be on if there would be regular WvW runs or something of the sort (we enjoy that part of the game quite a bit, and it’s tough to do without a good amount of people coordinating ).

Anyways, I wouldn’t be too surprised if you saw us filling out your applications on the forums soon
