I Afk’d for less than a minute. Oh and it’s worth noting, I Afk’d inside the tower

I need to learn how to solo cap towers as well as you guys duo cap them…

… People really need to learn how to sweep better. If they did, I can guarantee you that at least 95% of these kinds of caps wouldn’t happen.

So, you have screens of that as well? I only ask because we have about 8+ thieves that use this tactic for duoing towers. I’m glad that people are becoming smart enough to check out their towers before leaving. please also note that party members that aren’t thieves can also use our stealth, like mesmers

No, I don’t have screens immediately prior, because I wasn’t aware that you were going to exploit in, obviously? Like I said, I was AFK between those time frames but I had the teamspeak on the entire time. Nothing was happening at QL of which to speak, there was no way for you to get in without breaking the door down or exploits.

The thing is, you weren’t camping QL later on when we retook it. We didn’t sweep it then but we did leave two guardians camping the tower. A couple Yumm came over, took a look, and took a hike. Gee I wonder why

It has nothing to do with sweeping, even though I agree, because those thieves that capped the tower were outside of it not 1 minute prior to them getting inside. How, then, do then get inside without a mesmer?

Anyways instead of being so defensive about your own guild would it KILL you to investigate some of your members, especially considering that you are posting on the public forums to recruit which kinda doesn’t guarantee quality members.

Obviously you haven’t checked the entire tower. Because I strictly remember your guardian and pals up next to the claimer looking towards hyleks and not towaards the people we had inside QL. You really aught to check the entire tower because members from OBEY had no trouble finding us inside the same exact tower. The fact was we walked in when your trebs hit the walls down, held off a team of about 5-6 players and stayed inside. As far as targeting our members for exploiting because we “took a hike” gee, I wonder why our scouts outside would bail if they saw your party camping a tower. Would it kill you to understand the mechanics of the methods we use before just jumping to: “I can’t explain it so it must be exploits.” Try looking all over a tower (not just QL btw as we’ve capped just about every tower in WvW using our duo teams) I won’t talk down to my friends when no one exploited a tower. We rely off mindless zergs not sweeping to take towers not exploits.

P.S. as the guilds mesmer I don’t feel you understood the way it works. When a thief uses a blast into a smoke field, any class can get the stealth. So all I have to do is follow the smoke field to be stealthed.

Off what Shinra said it is way to simple to leave a mesmer in a tower. Go cap a supply camp during the time the lord has his buff on. Then return to the exact same tower for the capture. When it comes to sweeping we only need to dodge the initial cap. If we can make it past that there is no issue in leaving someone (mesmer) with mass invis to cover themselves. Don’t point the “exploit” finger at myself or anyone using the tag [Yumm]. Talk to some members from our server that frequent EB and they can confirm for you in our Team/Map chat that we even call out with plenty of “lol what idiots” and “still sitting in (tower) waiting on buff”.
