Greetings all:

Currently I reside on the server Tarnished Coast, which I seek a guild that strives to enjoy the game in various ways possible. I wish to meet and enjoy the game with a fun goal-driven group who knows when its good to have fun, and good to play the game at their best. Acquiring a legendary weapon is one such ideal goal I don’t want to achieve only for myself, but for my trusted guild which brings more meaning in playing GW2 longer. I seek Greatsword Sunrise for myself, but will gladly aid others in achieving the legendary weapons they desire.

Current main is Lv80 Warrior, set up in exotic weapons and armor. My playstyle focus is Greatsword/Rifle with Shout support. I melee “tank” using self-regeneration and long boon power based on my gear setup. It is my favored build which focuses on a good mix of offense and defense. I am able to switch to banner support if they’re really desired.

My experience is low in dungeons and WvWvW, which I have purposely saved for the moment I join a guild with a group that seeks to share tactics and knowledge among each other to succeed in these areas. This was done to enrich my experience into new grounds after reaching Lv80 itself.

With Tarnished Coast being the self-claimed RP server, I have not personally engaged in RP though am not against being influenced by this as long it leads to enjoyable game progression.

Any guilds that seek a player such as myself. Simply post information here or in-game via mail/guild invite. I also hold two other friends who share like-minded desires as myself.

I’d like to invite you to check out Transcendent Veneration. We’re an active guild that loves to WvWvW and it shows Last night, at the start of the match we had around 20 members in EB and many more waiting to enter.

WvWvW is not all we do, either. We do have members enjoying dungeons as well.

Gonna update since I am searching still:

I almost prefer a small to midsize guild that aims to involve everyone in a fair and balanced manner. I would also like to overtime make close relations with a few fellow guild mates to which we work together to achieve goals and enjoy the game.

I’ve tried a large guild but being overlooked is far too easily done even though greater numbers grow the guild influence faster.

…Or perhaps there are others out there that feel like I do, we can aim to start a guild of our own.

Don’t let a larger guild scare you away. Our guild is casual so we need a bigger guild to always have people online together. Most of us have jobs, kids, and a hectic schedule, but we all find time for GW2, just some members not as often as they would like.

I am the leader of DEA and a large majority of our guild is on EST and Central time. We are an established casual guild and almost always there are people talking in guild chat and are in our voice chat server.

Since we have enough active members, we are closing recruitment to the public after this Sunday to focus on everyone getting to know each other even better, so now is the time to join us if you are looking for a really fun, active, social, well organized guild. I seriously doubt you would want to look for another guild once you have joined ours.

The guild abides by a few simple rules.

DEA on Yak’s Bend is a very active, casual guild that was made for players who enjoy grouping up and playing the game with other people a majority of the time.

We have over 200 active members and a lot of them are friends and family. Guild events are at least once a week in which we get in groups and do entire zones, but none are mandatory.

We are mainly PVE, but there are plenty of us who pvp and we have members of all levels. Whether you’re looking to level, do events, find world bosses, run dungeons, or pvp/WvWvW, we do it all and we have fun doing it.

Peak hours are from 12 noon-1am EST weekdays and 24/7 on weekends. During peak hours there are 30-50 of us on together, and even during the slowest off peak hours there are at least 10 of us on normally. Over 100 members log in and play every day. Guild chat is almost always active and members are welcome to hang out in our voice chat whenever they wish.

Our guild has unlocked the guild bank, treasure trove, guild emblem, guild armorer and weapon smith, and all the pve buffs and banners.

In order to join our guild, you’ll need to register on our website, list your character(s) in your profile, and fill out our app. It takes less than 5 minutes to do all of this and will be well worth your time.

The Gryphons Aerie is a fairly new, smaller, 18+ PvE/RP guild on Tarnished Coast. While we’re mostly PvE, we also have a few people who enjoy a bit of casual WvW. We know that RL comes first and stress that fact. We’ll still be there even if you can’t for a bit of time. We enjoy helping each other and doing things together when possible. All you have to do is ask if you need help with something and we’ll do our best to come to your aid.

There is also no requirement to be representing us at all times. It’s not our business to tell you who you can and cannot associate with; that choice is yours alone. All we ask is that you give us some time too.
