FOUNDING PRINCIPLES
The Northern Kings was formed on three basic principles

Fun
We all come to together to play a game and it should be fun, NK enforces a Drama-Free environment to ensure that our members are able to play the games they like, joke and have fun without the hassles that plague most guilds.

Unity
The Northern Kings success can easily be attributed to the level of teamwork we bring to each game we play. NK has always been an aggressive guild/clan regardless of what type of game we are playing we work as a cohesive unit to achieve our goals. The teamwork we display in game is mirrored out of game, some of the ways our members have helped each other include; building computers, designing websites, and trouble shooting technical problems just to name a few.

Domination
The Northern Kings strives to be the best in what ever game we play. We typically have an aggressive style of play which has made us especially effective in MMO PvP and FPS competitive play. In games that NK is active you can find us among the elite guilds or clans within that game. We frequently receive accolades from our friends and foes alike in the games we play because of how effective we can be.

Alpha & Beta Testing – NK frequently posts information for current or upcoming Beta or Alpha testing opportunities. NK has been invited as a guild to several games Alpha and Beta testing allowing for upwards of 50 NK members to participate.

NK will support our members in what ever games they wish to play. We decided long ago just because a member got bored with the current game we were playing there was no reason for them to need to look for a new guild for other games they were interested in. Instead NK will support our members in any game they play including starting entire new Divisions if there is enough interest. We will support the New Divisions through recruitment efforts, Ventrilo, Website and Advertisement.

The Northern Kings is a place that you can call home for years to come, there is no need to hop from guild to guild, even though we are a large community we retain the small guild feel due to the close friendships that have been built over the years.

Because NK’s success has been a result of the quality of our members, the NK leadership is committed to addressing member questions, concerns and recommendations swiftly. Every NK member holds the same influence as any other, when we have important issues we address the guild as a whole and value everyone’s opinions on the issue before a decision is made.

NK WvW basic overview
NK have been involved in Stormbluff Isle WvW from the very start. We put in much effort together with SBI guilds and community as we rose through the ranks to T1. If you are enthusiastic about WvW feel free to approach us.

We are looking for experienced & even newer players. We favor enthusiasm and participation over gear. The environment is low drama with plenty of jokes in mumble. We aim to have fun and not to intense overall.

Operations
As a operational unit we get involved in large SBI pushes or handle a particular zone of the map. We also send out Havoc squads for quick response and raids. Whatever the inclination … offensive or defensive groups many similar players for you to group with.

NK also have players that take on intel and scout roles to assist map commanders.

Timezone
Cater to all North American timezones. We also have some that WvW at Asian tz.

SoS won this weeks matchup, but we are making a comeback this week. Our bellys are full of turkey and our wallets are empty from black Friday. Check us out and apply if your interested in making the Eternal Battlegrounds and borderlands red with Sea of Sorrow and Jade Quarry blood!

Awesome match up so far, Sea of Sorrows is a head by a little bit but we are catching up fast. Should be an exciting week of WvW, come spend it with us!
