Greetings,

[The Burning Eden] is looking for players on the Devona’s Rest server that are not only fans of PvP gameplay but are looking for an organized group to play with. I won’t promise you gold and riches, in a game without healers you will find yourself down or drowning often enough but know there will be people on that battlefield who have your back.

I can’t begin to discuss how annoying it is to watch a rag tag mob of random players running around unorganized and literally throwing themselves at organized zergs from other servers. Some of you don’t even need to be told as you’ve seen it first hand.

There are many guilds across all servers already dominating WvW through organized tactics and the PUGs don’t stand a chance. That’s why I came to this game knowing full well what I wanted, a dedicated guild of casual and hardcore players thirsty for siege warfare. We will dominate the borderlands through sheer brutality and tactics, leaving none alive in our wake.

The leadership of this guild has seen all types of PvP to be had, even the precursors to what we have before us in Guild Wars 2. Before you start thinking we’re all about saving the world we also not only participate in sPvP but we get involved in pretty much anything while still maintaining our warrior priorities.

We still need many active members to accomplish our goals and there is still plenty of room for all to grow within our well structured ranks. So please before thinking we’re just another guild trying to get who ever we can remember that the only true way to win a world war is through tactics and organization, not by the zerg of a mindless mob with people shouting at each other.

There is no age requirement though we are all adults. We have a ventrilo server for guild use and we use it heavily for PvE/PvP groups. Feel free to leave a post with any questions about us and I’ll reply in a timely manner.

Remember, we’re all in this together. Win or lose it’s on all of us.

We’re looking for all races, classes, and levels. Your age is not a problem.

We’ve had a few new members join us, some from forum postings. If your looking for an organized pvp experience with a laid back guild this is the place. We’re home to both casual and hardcore gamers.

We had a fun time out in WvWvW the other night. Thanks to those who joined in our fun and if your reading this why not join us? Plenty more fun times to be had/go around.

Realized I never mentioned the fact we have Ventrilo as our guilds VOIP service. We don’t force representing on our members but when you participate in a guild event your expected to rep and be on vent if needed.

We’re getting closer to our goal but we need more active members to begin our real WvW trials. Come, join in the siege related mayhem!

We’ve hit our milestone of increasing our activity and reaching 30 members. We had a nice guild event in the lowbie areas helping some members complete hearts and other challenges. Come join us for a fun time, it’s weekend pvp!

Drama free since ’93!

Well not really, we started back in 2005 but that just didn’t rhyme right.

We’re still going strong in the wake of Sandy. If your on the Devona’s Rest server and in need of a home, look us up.

Our numbers are still growing. Welcome to our new members and we look forward to meeting those to come.

Those of you who favor multiple guilds I’d like to just inform you that we do NOT enforce representing UNLESS your participating in a guild activity.

We’ve also decided to remove the PvP oriented aspect of our guild for a more favorable attitude given that we do participate in all aspects of the game, PvE and PvP.

With the weekend event coming to a close it was nice to see our activity increase and our guild was certainly a help in the final moments of the ancient karka fight. It was good to see so many players out to participate and we’re always looking for more players interested in a fun and active guild.

We’ve had some new members join us, greater activity in Ventrilo, more signups on the forum, and more activity in WvW and Dungeons. If your on Devona’s Rest and looking for a active laid back guild we’re always looking for more members.

Punch and pie served on Sundays.

We had a strong showing in WvW yesterday with some new members getting their feet wet while others have gotten closer to their 500 badge mark. If you enjoy dungeon runs and PvP feel free to ask for an invite along with us sometime. If you like what you see or are in need of a new home we’re always glad to share our hearth.

We’ve been doing some growing but we’re always looking for more of you wonderful people to join the ranks and come enjoy the game with us.

Might be interesting but it sounds like you are much more into PvP and that is last on my list. Priorities are to finish PvE 100%, then My Story. And with My Story, although I don’t have to it looks like I should consider doing all the Dungeons up to the last one that dovetails into My Story. So the Dungeons are my immediate need for a Guild. And TBE being in DR might be perfect. Can you send me an invitation so I can see who is in the Guild that would like to start systematically go through all the dungeons?

We cover all aspects of the game but yes, you are correct in saying our main focus is on WvW/PvP in general. We run plenty of dungeons but our more impulsive events usually end up in a borderlands.

We had a wonderful turn out yesterday with not only several new members joining us but we also completed some dungeons for players that had yet to run them. We’re quickly growing and as such are looking for more high leveled players to allow us to cover multiple runs of multiple dungeons at the same time, maximizing our potential and skill within.

It was a wonderful surprise to come back after a weekend of fun and see just how quickly our guild is still growing. We’ve officially managed to run multiple smooth, skilled, successful runs through dungeons now. There is still plenty of room to grow within our guild so come join us for some fun.

Amazing night of WvW against Ferg on their home front. Along with helping our main forces our small group of 10 successfully raided behind enemy lines multiple times, we even fared well against the zergs called in against us. If you like WvW but don’t want to slip into the crowd, come look us up!

We’ve grown in number again. We’ve added another dozen players to our roster and now sport 15-25 active players daily. I think it’s time to rewrite our guild post on here so goodbye old friend! You’ve done your job well and have earned your rest in the forum archives.
