LOOKING FOR NEW LEADERSHIP COUNCIL AND MEMBERS!!!

I am currently looking for any mature players who would be interested in joining the Leadership Council of WARCRY. I am also looking for serious members who know what it means to be in a guild and to watch each others backs and will be here for the guild and not just themselves. Due to issues beyond anyones control, WARCRY was forced to temporarily shut its doors, but not WARCRY is back open and looking to do what it’s always done, BE THE BEST IN THE WORLD.

As of now, I am the only person on the roster, so I need some reliable, honest, and serious people who know what they’re doing and have the drive to succeed to join me on this newly formed Leadership Council. Our Council will be strong, have the same goals in mind, and work together to give our members the best we can possibly offer. This will NOT be a dictatorship. Everyone will have a voice. All members of our guild will be treated fairly and equally.

THE LEADERSHIP COUNCIL (our purpose)

• Dicuss and implement new policy and by-laws
• Everyone has equal say and equal voting rights
• Develop new and innovative events
• Work as a Team, Back each other up, and Be a cohesive unit
• Lead and develop the members of the guild and guide them into greatness

WARCRY has been around GW2 since its release last year. So WARCRY is already built up in some a lot of ways.

ABOUT ME

I am 25 years old, in college part time and I work for a living. I am also a former U.S. Marine. I have years of experience in guild leadership. My experience comes from MMO’s such as FFXI, FFXIV, Everquest, AION, WoW, and TERA.

WHAT WARCRY ALREADY HAS:

- Politics: Level 4
- Economy: Level 4
- Art of War: Level 4
- Architecture: Level 5
• Fully built Guild Stash, Bank, and Treasure Trove

MY PERSONAL GOALS FOR WARCRY
• To make sure the every member is geared with the best armor and weapons possible
• To be completely self-sufficient as a guild
• To build up the wealth of the guild (i.e. gold, items, materials, etc.)
• To be known and respected throughout the land by other members and guilds
• Form alliances to help reach common goals
• Recruit only active and reliable members
• Accomplish all end-game related things
