Ugh. We just aren’t sure to do. I know a GM would not step in to have him forcefully removed, so it looks like we should just bite the bullet and reform.
There is no way to do that, unfortunately. Might be best to just quit and start a new guild. And, hopefully learn from your mistake.
IMO, co-leaders make for problems. Have one Guild Leader only. In my case, my wife is the only Guild Leader our guild will ever have. If new recruits don’t like that…they know where the door is.

That would be the GM. Like Raf said – have only one guild leader. I learned in business that even as partners, someone should always have the majority of power and the final word of authority. I might recommend, if you do reform, that there be a sub-GM rank that is equal in title if possible but not equal in rank. Put your co-GMs in that space but retain GM for yourself.
