What do people look for in a guild?

Community, guild primary focus, activity and events are a few categories I look for. Every one has their own criteria in what they want in a guild.

Community, Accountability, Leadership, Activity, Voicecoms, Forums/Active Forums, Events, WvWvW.
Though all these are met with the guild in my sig If you are looking I would give it a look at the very least. That being said Like Jacen mentioned everyone has their own preferences/criteria.
