Reading through recruitment posts, some are very lacking in information, so I thought it would be good for us to offer some advice for guilds seeking recruits. So, what information do you look for in a recruitment ad, before you pick a guild to contact?

-number of active members (not to include alts or people who never log in)
-what times the guild is most active
-language spoken
-what events does the guild schedule

What I look for:

-server
-guild size
-guild focus (casual/hardcore, PvE/WvW/PvP)
-guild events

What I look for:

*Sexy females. -Note every female is sexy. If they’re not sexy, they’re not a female!-
*Purple kittehs
*Comedians
*Chubby bunnies.
