TCB and whats it all about,

As guild we would describe ourself as a helpful community with “mature” people, and with mature we mean relax and laid back. We have no specific age limit, if you can be mature and a good part of the community you are welcome to join.

Our guild is growing, and so are our interests. For now we mostly focus PvE and dungeons, with many people crafting gear for the guild as well. WvW is not a guild priority at the moment, as we are still upgrading and recruiting. Though we are preparing for WvW rapidly.

Our community is in common generous and helpful, and will be ready for you always. Our guild has a friendly and family-alike atmosphere, and we are open for your ideas. Suggestions & advice are welcome from any person or rank in our guild, and will be considered serious. We try to boost that community feeling with our website, were we write guides, info or events around our guild. And afcourse to chat about it. For now our website is in beta, but will be completed shortly as well.

Our goal is to create a structural leadership that gives the members freedom without many silly rules and requirements, and yet keep it decent and fun to be in. We don’t seek a jungle as guild, nor a prison. Decisions like what upgrade to go with, or to kick a player. are partially decided by the community themselves. Though we keep control at some spots to avoid abuse within the community, or to make it keep going into the right direction.

We prefer guild group play, and doing events/leveling togheter. Though as a casual guild we understand that you can’t take part of every event in our guild, as long as you’re active at the reasonable way. We won’t demand. We are trying to set up a voice chat server for our guild, even for only listening. to let people who solo play feel part of our community as well.

We strive to be drama free, though experience tells us that sometimes drama is unfortunatly unavoidable. When such a event occurs, we try to solve it fairly and swiftly. While discussing the matter from all sides involved. We would try to do this in a transparent way as possible, to not hide anything from our guild. Though we will not involve you for every ridiculous event happening, but your questions about it would be answered.

So if you’re looking for a rising guild with a nice and generous community, with a friendly and family-alike atmosphere. Which is getting focused on everything that the game has to offer, then this is the guild for you!
