MAL] Malevolenc is recruiting 20 players to complete our WvW team.
Currently with our Ally Rakkenheid we are composed of 6 Full groups, we are looking to create 4 additional groups. We have squad leaders identified for these new groups and are excited to take on new players.

If you have done any WvW on DB you are probably familiar with our Guild and our close ally and Com partners Rakkenheid [Rakk]. We are both small tactical strike guilds with a focus on strategy not zerg. At most our goal is to field a combined 80 players between both guilds. We want quality, not quantity.

Our guild uses premade groups in WvW. You will start out with a knowleageable squad leader and our command leader calling shots down to the squads. Again this is a highly organized group of players. Don’t expect to be chasing people all over the map or turteling at a useless objective. We don’t do that.
What we look for in our prospective players:
1. High end experience in a PvP game. High Arena Ratings, Past Tourney Exp a big +
2. Ability to be educated on the fly, listen well and follow directions.
3. A good sense of humor and thick skin.
4. Attendance. We WvW every single day from around 4 PM PST to 12 AM PST
Please be specific with your availability. We look for at least 4 days a week commitment
5. Accept constructive criticism and be prepared to discuss builds, gametheory and your opinions, because they are vital.

We do run trials and train player for WvW but you need to have a decent minimum skill level and meet criteria 2-5 or you won’t be a good fit.
edit: for those asking we currently have a solid roster of 40 players that WvW DAILY in organized squads.
