Who we are:
[ZN] Zero Negative is a hardcore WvW guild focused on objective taking and the WvW meta game. ZN has grown through the mergers of several smaller guilds, which means we have several members who have held leading positions (and as a result, we have 8 active commanders), offering a variety of views and playstyles depending on who will command for the day.

Our members are from a variety of backgrounds and our teamspeak discussions often devolve into ‘relaxed’, ‘mature’, ‘free’ ‘speech’, so that is something to be aware of if you are looking to join us.

ZN is a recent transfer to Tarnished Coast from Sea of Sorrows, and we are looking to recruit from both TC and other servers (see below for our offer).

How many are we:
Reset night: 30 members
Nightly, NA prime: 10-25 members
Nightly, Oceanic prime: 5-10 members

Our offer to new members:
- [ZN] will cover the full transfer fee to our server.
- A weekly income of seige to anyone who uses it.
- A fun guild where your input is valued.

What we are looking for:
We are looking for individual players who are willing to meet the rules of ZN (see below) and are as enthusiastic about WvW as we are. We want players who are willing to grow as a part of our guild, either rising through our ranks or simply being a team player.
If you are a small guild looking to join us, we will also consider you depending on your numbers and WvW committment.
As we are a WvW guild, we are not particularly rich, so we want to make sure those we transfer will fit in. With that being said:

Recruitment process:
1) Send an in-game whisper to either Armoury, Barron, Daggazz, Marrett or Tg Hawkeye to join us in teamspeak so you can meet us and see if you can tolerate the blabbering drunkeness of Barron and his Aussie shenanigans.

2 a) If you are already on Tarnished Coast, we will skip the trial by fire and welcome you— you can join us in WvW right away!

2 b) If you are from another server, we will want to know which guilds (if any) you were from, which servers you have been on and how you usually like to play in WvW (ie, zerging, small ops, tower defense, etc). We will also like to talk to you about your builds.

3) If you are from another server, we will wait a week or so before we let you know / organise the gold for transfer.

Rules of [ZN]:
- Must be in and representing only one guild, ours, [ZN] Zero Negative.
- Must use teamspeak regularly.
- Must often play WvW when a team leader rallies members to a borderland (a WvW attendance of at least 3 days in a week, 1 hour each day).
- Must follow team leaders on the borderlands when members are rallied.
- Must donate 1 gold to the guild bank per week.

I’m a member/officer of ZN and I can say this guild very unique— we are very dynamic in our day by day play-style, always trying to keep it fun for our members while never abandoning the essentials of WvW. Some days we will play tower/keep assault while on other days we’ll go back to basics with tower defense/yak walking.

Our guild has training and recommended builds, however we are working on improving those all the time, including our group compositions and field strategies.

The guild is very open, everyone can have their say and we utilise our guild forums a lot to ensure all our members are included in all ideas/discussions. All members are encouraged to join and participate.

Ultimately, while we welcome both new/inexperienced players and veterans alike, what we are really looking for are players who are willing to contribute to the guild in any number of ways. This can include skill in PvP, strategy commanding, patience of being sentry/walking yaks, discipline of a team player, willingness to learn, being entertaining to speak to or even things like graphics design and video editing. Whatever you bring to the table, we will make use of (if you are willing)!

The ZN recruitment process is by no means exclusive, what I always say to people when I recruit them is ‘try us out, you can always leave if you don’t think we are a fit’. We have the experience and resources to help our members improve and be successful with us in WvW.
