Guild Wars 2

i am looking for a guild on the denravi server to level with teach me the ropes, goup with etc…
-here a little bit of what im looking for in a guild…(ideally)
-mature guild- i dont mind profanity or anything i just hate drama…theres probly always going to be drama at some point, but the less the better =)
-looking for casual to semi-hardcore mindset—as long as there is no attendance policy per raid week or anything….booting inactives is one thing but booting someone that has a life/cant make raid, is another….raiding was my second job when i played wow and i wont be doing that again
-ACTIVE!…i understand people have there own playtimes etc…but i dont want to be the only one on for 12 hours straight (for example) also daily/weekly stuff, such as WvW night, PvE night etc is also good
-im more PvE focused, i have not done WvW as of yet, but if its anything like RvR in warhammer i will be doing it alot (loved rvr!) so a mix of pve/WvW focused is ok
-people willing to help/answer questions…i dont do either often but when i do, i dont need “LOL WTF NEWB?!” either…again….maturity
-some sort of guild structure: ranks, rules, event times, website, voice chat…etc
as in my experiance guilds that lack any or some sort of structure tend to not last very long
thats about all i can think of at the moment…=)

also re-rolled a elementalist since i found out the mist area and like there playstyle better
