I didn’t get anything out of mine but at least the other items that came out of the chest are more useful.
You are having tough luck I assume. I’ve seen people getting skin from opening few chests only.
That is why this is like gambling.

Funny enough, I work at a casino and people really do have this attitude. “I have been playing this machine all day and it still hasn’t paid out!”
I think it’s human nature to think if we commit to something it will work out. Unfortunately gambling is the opposite to that theory.
Ya know, you could have taken that 120 bucks and converted gems to gold and just BOUGHT what you wanted.
