7PM GMT tomorrow?
GMT actually does not change during day light savings, whichever time zone you are in changes in relation to Greenwich Mean Time. For example, I live in the Pacific time zone, which is -8 GMT, but during day light savings we are actually -7 GMT (even though everything relating to our time zone always says -8 GMT).
Glad you nipped the in the bud to prevent a 20 page timezone flame thread.
To elaborate on that, we’re on BST (British Summer Time) at the moment, and later tonight will change back to GMT.
There is usually 8 hours between ‘active’ pacific time and ‘active’ UK time (by active i mean the time people in those places consider it to be). However, for the next few days (after UK changes clocks tonight) until USA changes the clocks, there is a 7 hour difference. Hence the 12pm Pacific =7pm UK.

DST is next weekend….so it wouldn’t matter for tomorrow anyways? (For America, if that’s what is being referred to)

So after ‘next’ weekend, 12pm Pacific will become 8pm UK again.

He’s referring to the difference between BST (the time the UK is currently using) and GMT (the time they’re swapping back to in about one hour twenty mins).
Most people and companies incorrectly refer to BST as GMT while it’s in use, which can cause a lot of confusion when things change.
If your worried just get on with an hour early. So get on a 6pm ..and if it happens at 7 ..fine ..if it happens at 8 ..fine :P
