Arena Net, you and I have had a rocky relationship through the years (And we’ve been together for 7 years now! My, how time flies!) We’ve had our ups and downs, sometimes you make me cry, sometimes I you ask me for money for the most menial of tasks, and sometimes you mood swing so violently that I end up needing a neck brace for several weeks.

But, through it all, you’ve always tried to treat me right. You let me tag along on your wonderful adventures free of charge, and you always have something special planned for the holidays (and your taste in hats has always been impeccable!).

Arena Net, don’t ever change.

TL;DR: Halloween is awesome.

I’ll second this. There’s been alot of complaints, and some of the bugs have been infuriating, but the event has been great fun, and I’m looking forward to more events in the future

Despite lackluster rewards and RNG, which I’ve grown use to expecting, this is the most high quality Halloween event I’ve participated in an MMO.

I agree they put in a lot of work on the event and it overall is great aside from my two complaints.

really upsets me that people complain about halloween. Arena net didn’t even have to do this, they could’ve just put the halloween items in the gem shop and that’s it.

I second this whole kitten thread. Great event. The 40 second (Yes, Go on YouTube and actually look, it was 40 seconds, not 5, congrats to those who can count) cutscene was amazing, and really set the mood.

I loved watching as the mad king burst from the fountain, Laughing in all our faces. Then proceeding to beat him back to hell where he belongs.

Yes, Loot was crap, and that to be honest. Is fine with me.

Yes, It was a (slightly) over-hyped cutscene, But honestly. I hope they don’t rebuild the statue, I hope they make something bigger and better in its place. There is alot of things that are possible with a persistent world. And this is just the beginning.

Bring it on A-Net, I have been here since the dawn of GW1, Looking forward to spending a long, long time in GW2
