This is just a suggestion for the tower to be fixed, taking it from another thread.

Before entering the tower (by speaking with the Lunatic Boatman), there should be options for speed/difficulty. A slower and more easier tower climb would mean lesser rewards, but can still grant the achievement for those who completed it, while a harder difficulty and faster pace would mean greater rewards.

I’ve completed the tower, but I’m going to actually agree with this.
Anyone who isn’t insanely dextrous or fortunate enough to own a powerful machine and fast internet is going to miss out on something they shouldn’t.

At least with other difficult jumping puzzles there is no rush, people can take their time to work it out correctly, but this just turns into something really unfair for a lot of people.

Even if there was just the option of doing it alone in a private instance I think that would be better. The amount of times I died because there was a gigantic Char in the way was just absurd.

The tower is fine as it is. There is nothing you are missing by not doing it besides the 10 points earned.

While I think the jp is fine and tons of fun, I agree that if possible maybe implement a alternative method for players at the penalty of rewards, just so they dont miss out on the achievement for extraneous circumstances

I’ll agree on making it instanced. So sick of other characters in the way or spamming Quickness (love watching someone spam it then miss jumps anyway) and messing things up (normally I’d wait it off, but in the Tower I cannot).
