First of all dont touch the clock tower it can be done i reached the top at least 5-6 times.
Which brings me to the tip,simply lower your settings and the game will run smoothly and so will the puzzle the diffrence is amazing.
But i still haven’t completed the CT and here comes the question:
When do i need to jump into the CT?( i know that you jump in the second rotation after the lighting strike)
I’m asking for the percise time and how you jumped (dodge,stright jump,etc…)

I always jump (No dodging etc) into the clock tower right when the lightning strike happens. I have very low ping so it might not work for other people though. It might be wise to jump a bit earlier since I usualy end up at the corner of the clock.

Do you jump stright forword or a bit with an angle torwords the clock ?

Straight forward, angled, doesn’t matter. When you reach the top, wait for the face to fully pass once. If you get up there as the face is just passing, that doesn’t count as a pass. When you see the window coming a second time, the lightning will strike it and you jump. If you don’t want to judge by number of passes, you can watch the green mist rise above the gear below.

The box you need to jump into is rather large. Unless it’s bugged, you should always make it.

For those curious about the timing. use the goop to tell. When it reaches about the bottom of where the clockface is, the clock is about to explode. It’s usually on the second rotation since you reach the staircase.

as someone who has cleared the tower 30+ times (trying to help buddys through) my biggest piece of advice is this:

TAKE YOUR TIME

It may sound counter-intuitive at first but hear me out.

When you first figure out there’s a timer, you rush, you make mistakes, and you fail, a lot. Yes, you’ll get lucky every once in a while and set a new PR, but then you’ll be spending the next dozen attempts wondering why you can’t get as far as you did last time or why missed that stupid easy jump three times in a row now. You will fail, this is unavoidable, so take your time, there’s more time to spare than you think.

Find a line that works for you, learn it, pause for a moment before every jump, get comfortable with it, and then work on getting it down faster. You’ll get better at the first part quicker because everyone will be rushing out in front of you and you’ll be able to see what your doing. You’ll get better at the middle part sooner because everyone who rushed ahead either fell already or is already pretty good. Either way, the only traffic up there are the people who know what their doing, people who you can follow and learn from.

Traffic at the top is nearly nonexistent. In all the hours I spent in the tower, there have maybe been a dozen times or so that someone made it to the drop with me. Probably won’t be anyone to follow, but the jumps are easier and you should have more than enough time to get to the stairs at the top. Wait for the glass to break and enjoy your slippers.
