If i make clock tower with my all characters , still every character have to give chest ? or its about 1 times for every acc ?

I made it on three characters, and they all got the same loot from the chest… the Mad King Slippers (soulbound), and two Halloween tonics (account bound).

I believe if you make it a second time with the same character, you only get trick or treat bags.
