I was wondering when is the last day I can get this.

Also, is this just a costume, or can I skin it to my battle armor?

Costume to be worn only out of combat.

I would say the 31, maybe a bit on the 1th, if they update the gem store based on the US time.

So imo, your best bet would be until the 31. (But then again, they could decide to let it on sale for some more days, you never know, but i wouldn’t count on it)

And it’s a costume, you can only use it out of combat, or in costume brawl

As others have said, it is a costume, but as long as you’re not in combat, you can wear it as you run through any zone.
