Not too smart, I deleted my Mad King’s Slippers from the Clocktower event by accident on my main (I thought it was something else and wasn’t paying enough attention).

I tried re-running the event but all I got were trick-or-treat bags.

My support ticket:

While I would like to replace your items, the Guild Wars Support Team is unable to replace individual items in the manner that you are describing. We simply do not have the tools to provide this service at this time.

Is there any way I can reset the event? Would deleting the 2 potions that came with the boots help? Is there anything I can do to get it back?

Deleting the potions does nothing but delete the potions.
There isn’t anything you can do to get the slippers back.
Anet cannot currently restore lost items.

If I do the event on a level 1, would Anet be able to transfer it for me?

If its account bound you can trade it yourself using your bank. If its soulbound no.

Really? From the trading post?

I don’t really understand why items are “soulbound” as oppsed to account bound anyway. Seems it causes more problems than it’s worth.

I think you can just buy them on the trading post if you really want them.

There’s no real reason to want them though. It’s a wonky stat layout on a boot skin that isn’t unique.

Thanks for all the help! I did a bit more research and it’s not a big deal. I thought it had a unique skin, but I guess not.
