I didn’t knew there was a second book until a friend of mine told me so…

So, where was the “start” of this quest? And why didn’t I saw it in the first place?

Doesn’t it appear as a “orange circle” in L-A like the first one?!

Was it a bug?

I’d wanted to have the second book, but I guess it’s too late now, isn’t?

You have to hover over the first book. There’s text that describes a place where refugees are or something like that. First location is Ascalonian Settlement in Gandarran fields. Hurry up and go get it before the event’s over!
