Hexfoundry Unhinged is gorgeous. Easy but… gorgeous. By the Darkweather Waypoint and then south.

Found Tribulation Caverns, Hexfoundry Unhinged, and Hidden Garden so far. No sight of Coddler’s Cove yet.

Right from 67 lvl Heart Mount Maelstorm. You must kill Event Bird and portal will spawn near. Bird respawn 10 min =) sory for my English

There are actually 4 entrances to the Hidden Garden in Mount Maelstrom. You can pick any of them to enter it. I have mapped the 4 entrances here:
