Guild Wars 2

I have my book equipped and I am glad it is viable. I noticed some peopkitten oks are glowing orange kind of like they are burning. How do you achieve this?

Have you completed the hunt for the second set of chapters (chapters 7-12, I think). That “upgrades” your book and includes the burning skin. (It does require a trip to some higher level zones – 55+)
