Can Gem Shop costumes only be used on one character?

In the decription it says ‘account bound’, however this is a bundle item. I’m afraid that the clothes themselves will be soulbound. Anyone know if they are?

The individual items are also account bound, so you can spread the love across multiple characters.

Nope, it’s all account bound (at least the witch costume)
