Can two people jump into clock face and both get achievement/chest?

I see conficting information on this. Some posts say whoever lands on the leap platform first will in and the other will not. Some say whoever enters the clock face a split second before the other, resets it for the other.

This sounds odd but I was just at top of the stairs with another player. He definitely got up the stairs before me but when the face broke we jumped at same time.

He got in. I got a loading screen back to room.

Done it twice, and each time another person was with me. Both of us always made it in.

I had an asura jump in with me (I’m human) and we both landed inside with no issues.

Ok, thanks divinier. I’m not sure what went wrong then. Will keep trying.

I’ve had it bug out and send me back to the lobby even though I made the jump, but it’s very rare. Multiple people can jump at the same time with no issues, you just hit that bug unfortunately.

Done it multiple times, sometimes 2-3 players get in with me and we all get chest fine, I didnt ask if they “got the achievement” itself but most likely as I seem to recall that you get the achiev as you open the chest.

If you got ported out its possible that you jumped either too early or too late, unless your server’s tower is bugged, but if the other player got in fine then I doubt its the later

Yes. My only clear, someone else jumped in with me.

Just happened again. I have a hard time getting up there because I often miss that narrow plank off to the left right before the big leap. When/if I do I make it I have no problem after that. I get so excited waiting to jump in but keep ending up back in room. I found this video. Though this is not me in the white/blue coat, I notice he doesn’t get in. It looks he’s a hair behind her in the jump and wish I could ask him if he got that same loading screen back to the room.

Does his jump look wrong to people? To me it looks right but I do notice he’s a half second behind her going through.

I too can confirm it doesn’t matter if somebody makes it in with you.

This jumping puzzles are making me miss guild wars 1… you couldn’t jump and it was a good thing! I hate this puzzles.
