Guild Wars 2

I know there are tons of guides for the Candy-Powered Matter Meter & the books, but I’m still curious about how you work the meter’s fifth skill/ability. The two skills in the fifth slot can either be “Mild Readings” and “Strong Readings”, but I’ve only ever had “Mild Readings”, even when I’m right next to a “Suspicious Location”. Is the fifth ability simply bugged? If not, how do you use it?

If you are next to a visible ‘suspicious location’ it won’t show Strong Readings, because the location is already revealed.

At least for me, Strong Readings appear only when hidden triggers are detected.
