After two hours of clocktower I made it finally – I got the achievement but after entering the tower (which is supposed to be an instance itself) about 2 seconds later I got teleported down in the clocktower starting area, without beeing neither able to loot the chest nor to click anything .
So no, I did not click on any door to leave the tower
how would you be able to rageclick anything after two hours of beeing bloody careful not to missclick anyway?

anyone expierenced this issue, too?
I wrote a bug report ingame, but knowing the german support [I’m located at Riverside (DE)] no one will ever take care of helping or even write something back.

Is it possible you accidently clicked on the portal door?

I’m afraid this is a known bug some people are running into. There’s no solution but to do it again, and pray you can get to the chest. It may be patched to fix it before the event ends, but nothing official is out on it.

I tried to run it again but I was already done with my nerves… I don’t think I won’t do it again. another 2-3 hours frustrating jumps, hoping not to receive that bug again when reaching the tower

I got this bug too Jumped inside got the achievement and loading screen ported me back down like i failed while i had to be ported to inside the tower.

I got the chest on the next try tho when you get used to the jumping tower its get easier and easier

Once you complete it 1 time ..you will find it easier the next. and then easier the next ..and so on.

1st time i done it , it took me a good number of attempts ..maybe 20ish.
2nd time around, about 8 i belve it was
3rd time 5
4th time 2
5th time done it 1st try
6th 1 try
7th 2 tries
8th 2 tires
9th 2 tries
10th 1 try
11th 1 try
So keep it up and you will eventually be able to farm it (for the ToT bags)

As SolarNova.1052 said; it gets easier after the first successful run.
First time I completed the puzzle it took me maby 1 hour of trying, but now I can farm it with ALMOST a 100% success rate. Last night I farmed over 750 ToT bags and had maby 10 fails tops.

I just went in again with my lvl 4 asura just to prove to those threads saying asura have it hardest.

Done it on 3rd attempt. There were even 7 male norn/char in the group

1st time only today gotta get back in the swing of it :P
