Guild Wars 2

Look, I understand games have glitches and bugs in them so this isn’t a whine fest, I just would like to know what to do.

Basically, I have been doing the jumping puzzle for hours now, finally got it (jumped through the window) entered a loading screen, saw the inside of the clock tower for about 1/4 of a second before getting teleported back onto the ROOF of the place where you start.

I got the achievement for the JP, but no boots or reward chest. Do I have to do it all over again to get it, or do I let support know? Thanks.

In all honesty, if you managed to do it once, you can easily do it 2 even 3 times relatively easily. I bet more than one person on this forum can testify.

EDIT: unless it dosent give you proper rewards sinc it wouldnt be technically be your “first” time, then again, what happens to people who ignore the chest by accident?
