The ones you buy for 150 candy corn don’t. I was hoping they would so that I could decide whether or not it was worth farming for Arachnophobia.

If they don’t, it doesn’t really seem worth +100 gold at the moment. Loool.

Anyway, either way, I think this events awesome. And hey, Anet has to make money somehow.

The temporary skins you get from the 150 candy corn are going to be the same skins as the permanent ones. I think what makes them unique for many players is that the recipes for them are limited because if you don’t learn the Gift recipes this week, you have to wait another year. And on top of that they are different than other weapon skins.

I’m still on the fence about the Staff skin The Crossing. It looks pretty cool but I just got a Staff skin on my Ele. It might be cool for my Mesmer or my Necro but neither of them are 80 yet. I’m thinking I might just learn the Gift recipe just in case I decide later on down the road that I want to make it (or I can make it for other people). Since that one isn’t too bad and I think it’s the only one that requires Halloween items.
