Emissary of the Mad King Bug

I got every achivement, but just 4/5 for the emissary. People in the Forums told me that it’s a bug.
Am i the only one with it?
Check the screen i have everything.
Is there a known issue that i should do something that it works?

I have 4/5 as well. But I have talked to people in game and searched thru forums. We aren’t the only ones having this problem.
