Two Questions

1.) I was curious what people where doing to farm candy corn efficiently, as well as farming for the other Halloween specific crafting mats.

2.) Could you farm a decent amount of candy corn by just making a new toon and doing a bunch of zone completions. (Since you would explore the whole map and likely hit all or most of the nodes in a zone.

Provern Shore in Gendarren fields has about 4-5 portals close to one another. Good place to farm, there’s usually a zerg there.

Farm nodes in kryta or well the world in general to mine, and kill a few mobs for trick and treat backs.

All in all my friend got 700+ I ot 400+ yesterday:) soo yeah fairly easy:)

And new toon? Narh not worth it imo.. Two decent lvl toons farming at the same zone.. Might be worth it:) workswith the carving achiv so far.

1. There are high amounts of Raw Candy Corn nodes in the beginning areas. There are also Door Zerg groups in areas where there are doors spawning I know the area just outside LA has groups running. There you get Treat bags and loot not to mention finishing off an achievement.

2. no it wouldn’t be.

If you just want Candy Corn Run all the beginning areas. I did that yesterday with a Green Pick axe found tons and tons of bags while mining candy corn. Between yesterday and today I can easily say I have sold after finishing my monthly 2000 candy corns on top of a ton of crafting mats.

Now I am just doing it to save them all for when the event is over for giggles and to have a stock pile just because the market could go nuts.

What secret spots o.0

The ones marked with ….. locations I think it was suspicious but I can’t remember it.

I only know of two hidden spots in LA — the sewer entrance, and the underwater fountain.

I just put up a Halloween Act 1 Information Aide thread. The secret spots being referred to are the Suspicious Locations you find using the Candy Meter during the Scavenger Hunt. Suspicious Locations either involve the ghost you are looking for, ambush you with Halloween monsters, or reward you with Personalized ToT bags. =)
