I found this NPC (an Asuran ghost) in Gendarran Fields standing near the Traveler’s Dale waypoint (she’s standing on the edge of the swamp). I should also mention that it was night in-game. Her text goes as follows:
“How thoroughly disappointing! And utterly unsurprising. Go reclaim the power source before my vision goes red.”
You can only reply with “Sure thing.” I was wondering if anyone else had encountered this NPC and knows exactly what “power source” she is referring to? Google and the GW2 wiki have no information on this NPC, and I do not recall ever seeing this NPC in Gendarran Fields before the Halloween event. If I am mistaken my apologies :X
