Im not sure if this has been answered yet, but will the Achievements from this years Halloween carry over to following Halloweens?

I really would like to know this answer, I’m little saturated of work right now and I don’t know if I will be able to get all the achievements this year. Could you please tell us if we will have the chance to complete them in the next years to come?

I would assume it would be the same. Traditional titles in GW1 relating to seasons were also continued through other events.

E.g. If your new to GW2 they have Wintersday which is the equivalent of Christmas, and they have sweets and wintersday gifts and costume brawls as well.

Unlike Gw2 though, GW1 never had an achievment system it was based around titles like Sweetooth or Drunken Title and any alcohol or sweets consumed through myriads of events contributed into your max title. The festival achievement tab looks to be a universal achievement listing area for festivities and I would assume that each year you can continue your achievements otherwise why add them? I wouldn’t be surprised if we saw costume brawl during wintersday activities as well.

One thing though, each Seasonal Event had items purely unique to that event, Wintersday, Dragon Festival, Halloween etc. All had cosmetic items that were only obtained in that year. So those devil horns could be a grawl mask next year, or something else the next. Each year also added extra missions relating to the season.

I’d like to add that different mini games were also available for different events. Snow ball fight, dragon arena (dodgeball), Simon says, etc.

I’m actually curious about that too, and if I get them all this year will they reset or be more for me to get next year?

@sernius idk if u were aware but costume brawl is staying in game. I think it will just jump in popularity ever holiday.

I doubt they’ll return, but that’s my personal guess.
Matter of fact, I actually hope they will have new achievements for next years halloween.
It is far from impossible to get all achievemens during this first event, I have done all there is to do atm and am only waiting for act 2

The achievements this Halloween are actually very easy to get if you have the time. They don’t seem to require an amount of time that would indicate they could be continued next year. Maybe more tiers will be added next year, but I’m thinking it will be different.

@Zogrim – I forgot to mention those too! And rollerbeetle racing that was always fun.

@Cevilo – I didn’t know it would be all year round no, my assumption was that the achievement was only tenable during the events like GW1.
