For those of us stuck at work, tell us how it is! I had to go to bed before it went live and I won’t get to play until later tonight and am dying to know how it is! (No pun intended?)

What’s fun, where’s the haps?

It is AWESOME!
Start out in LA and get yourself a trick or treat bag and a candy powered (ghost finder) something. You will use this device in your scavenger hunt. It is, as named, powered by candy though, so you will need to go out in to the world and get some candy corn. Candy corn can be obtained by killing baddies that come out of haunted doors throughout Tyria, or mined like any other node (copper etc) throughout all of Tyria as well.
I wont give any spoilers to the scavenger hunt here, as there are plenty of guides out there to find if you want.

Also, don’t forget to pick up your free devil horns in the gem shop. Happy Halloween.

What does this candy corn do? Is it a currency for something?

It’s a consumable, a crafting material AND a currency.

Can you mine candy corn with standard mining picks or is there a special holiday one?

I work nights. I should be asleep.
