Simple question … The only two Karma Halloween vendors that i can buy from in LA are Cooking and Artificing . In other words, lets say I log with my ranger (leatherworking/huntsman) I dont have access to the special karma recipes for my crafting disciplines. All I can buy are cooking and artificing halloween stuff, no matter wich one of my characters I use. Am I missing something or is this a bug ?

It is simple;

They only added cooking and artificing recipes for halloween items. Super simple stuff.

In addition to discovering the recipes, there is a small chance that Trick-or-Treat bags can contain Major version recipes of the new rune and sigil.

I’ve also had Superior sigil recipe from personalised T-oT bag
