Guild Wars 2

1) I’ve completed 3 achievements for Halloween, but have no progression towards the “Emissary of the Mad King” achievement. What’s up with this? What am I missing?

2) Is the “Mad King World” and “Attend the Party” achievements coming in future acts, or can I access them now?

3) Is the Mad King’s Clock Tower jumping puzzle in the game yet, or is that coming in another act as well?

4) Where are the Halloween events needed for the achievement located?

u carve pumpkins, which are available in every map, yes the clock tower and party isnt available yet but it will be soon. opening bags and killing creeps from doors are also available, but MAKE SURE YOU COMPLETE ALL YOUR TIERS which are accessible in ur achievements tab.
