Do you know if the Halloween Recipes like rune of mad king and rune of night are still discoverable after the event is over and candy corn is still floating around the Black Lion Trading? i am asking because i am not max level yet with my crafting but i want to horde candy corn until i max out my artificer skill to make supreme rune of mad king and others.
