Since noone in the german Community could help me i am asking here.

Are the Halloween Skins from the Black Lion Chest and the ones you can craft the same?

And i know its written somewhere here, but how do i get the recipes? And are there recipes for all the halloween skins, if they are the same? And is there somewhere a list how i get every single one?

So far as I know the answer is no.
The craftables looks like the temp. Weapon u can buy for candy.
Lion chest ones looks like the one at the TP “o” homepage with gem itmes.

Aren’t the temporary ones the same than the one in the Trading Post?
And i heared that there are just 3 of them to craft so far. Is that right?
