So, before Halloween, gem prices (in terms of gold to gem exchange rates) were fairly reasonable. However, the day of Halloween release, the price jumped to 1.2g per 100gems and stayed at around 80-90 gems throughout halloween. I would like to purchase some gems to buy Transmutation stones, ect. and waited through Halloween for the prices to drop. Now I learn that some Halloween items will be available until the next Monthly event? (Nov. 15th)
Sorry if this comes off sounding selfish, but I just think it would be a good idea to give the economy a break even for a few days. That being said I do not know if there will be anything new to buy in the gem store during the November event, or possibly the gem prices will return to normal after a few days of this new update. I just wanted to see if anyone else feels this way, and give you my first reaction to the news.
I thought this might be about the Personal Trick-or-Treat bags actually costing gems. What idiot would buy those with gems? Convert gems to gold, buy corn off trading post, and turn them into those diabetic THIEVES they call trick-or-treaters for a ton of the kitten things.
The “price” for PToT bags should be 1 gem at most or something low along those lines, not the number it is now. Not that I would even buy any, candy corn is REAL easy to farm.
